All of the Grantees are required to file the quarterly or annual Federal Financial Reports known as FFR using Standard Form known as SF-425 about individual grant awards in order to stay in compliance; otherwise Grantor can reject any drawdown. Usually Grantor allows 30 days to submit FFR, giving enough time to reconcile bank and credit card accounts to produce accurate report.
